Our Returns Policy
Mistakes happen. It’s hard to admit, but they do.
Please open and look at the contents of your order as soon as it arrives. We will replace any incorrect items as long as you notify us within 30 days of when you received the item.
Our primary goal is to make you happy. So if you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, call and let us make it better for you.
Please call before returning any item – most problems can be resolved with a phone call.
Most of the time there’s no need to return the item, we’ll simply send a new one.
Unfortunately – if you ordered the wrong size or color…. well, give a call and we’ll talk about it.
We really do want you to be happy, so we’ll work something out.
